Code of Conduct

OUR PRINCIPLES

PRINCIPLES
Grodgroup’s Code of Conduct is based on the United Nations Global Compact’s ten principles in areas relating to human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. It is intended to provide guidance to our employees on how to treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and the entire market both with integrity and good judgement.

SAFETY FIRST

Some of our employees have access to customer data, both in terms of processing and storage. When managing this information, we must always ensure that we respect and prioritize the rights of our customers. Our customers’ data must always be 100% safe with us.

At the same time, we work actively with a number of security tools to prevent fraud and abuse. We take great pride in protecting our customers in this respect.

EQUAL & DIVERSE

We at Betsson always do our best to provide an equal and respectful workplace. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. We are convinced that we become stronger and more competitive as a company by employing people with different backgrounds and experiences, and from different cultures.

WHISTLEBLOWING

With the obligation to report – but the right to be anonymous. Being responsible and honest is an extremely important part of Betsson Group’s culture. If and when an employee is informed of any actions contradicting the Code of Conduct, it is their responsibility to report them.

If the employee chooses to stay anonymous, Betsson provides a third party online system for reporting.

ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY

We collectively work actively to minimise our environmental impact. We strive to optimise energy consumption, use energy-efficient equipment and be provident with travel. We should always think about possible effects on the environment, sort and recycle materials and prevent pollution. Consideration should also be given to environmental friendliness when dealing with purchasing/procurement and when choosing new suppliers
